- The promoter is Macintyres of Edinburgh Ltd, Company No. SC143354 whose registered office is 2nd Floor, 26 Frederick Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2JR.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- Closing date for entry is at midnight on Wednesday 18th December 2019. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Macintyres reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
- The winner will be chosen at random and announced on Thursday 19th December 2019.
- The winner will be notified by email on the 19th December and must be available to collect the prize in our showroom (2nd floor, 26 Frederick Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2JR) within 14 days of the closing date.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
